(Isabelle) Ok, your hands need to be closer to your head when you are flipping so that you are getting more height otherwise you could potentially smack your head which would put a definite damper on your show, and when you start out.your knees shouldn't be over your feet they should be parallel like you are sitting in a chair. *All three boys immediately make a B-line for the water fountain and then rejoined the girls in the center of the mat* but that's life.all good things must come to an end. I found myself almost disappointed when the lap timer went off and the boys stopped running.not because I was getting some sick pleasure from torturing them, which I totally was.but it was nice watching 3 attractive sweaty boys running around the gym.
